PVC powder has poor flowability and is prone to moisture absorption and caking. Traditional conveying methods generate significant dust pollution, failing to meet environmental standards. The customer requires a retrofit that does not disrupt current production, with tight scheduling constraints.

Solutions

After on-site inspection and technical evaluation, we propose a combined solution featuring a chain tube conveyor and a ton bag unpacker:
• Uses a fully enclosed tubular chain conveyor system for dust-free operation from unpacking to feeding.
• Equipped with an efficient dust removal system; dust emission concentration <10 mg/m³
• Modular design: factory prefabrication + on-site assembly, reducing construction time by 40%
• Anti-corrosion and wear-resistant configuration with special coatings on key components to extend service life
